Video Production & Editing Associate of Applied Science

Program Description

This degree prepares students for entry-level positions in Graphic Design, Web Design, Animation and Video Production & Editing. In addition to developing a high level of technical proficiency using multiple software programs, students also develop traditional graphic design concepts and skills within the curriculum.

Core courses focus on assisting students in learning industry standard software in illustration, print layout & production, photo manipulation, motion graphics, animation, 3D modeling, and digital video production. Electives allow students to focus on more specific design and software skills. 

Students work independently as well as in collaborative groups in the design and implementation of mixed media presentations and applications.

Career Opportunities

This degree program prepares you for entry-level positions in companies involved in video production, editing, and designing.
