Networking Basics
This certificate is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment. It will offer students an opportunity to study basic networking technology commonly found in network help-desk positions. Upon successful completion, the program graduate is trained in the competencies found in multiple industry certification exams including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Networking+, MTA Security Fundamentals and MTA Networking Fundamentals certification exams.

CNG 120 A+ Certification Preparation may substitute for
CNG 121 Computer Technician I: A+ and
CNG 122 Computer Technician II: A+
