Computer/Network Technician: A+/Network+ Certificate

Program Description

This certificate program prepares you for a Computer and Network Support Technician job. You will learn a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security. You will be able to analyze, test and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems. You will also be able to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other data communications networks. You will be able to perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption. Upon successful completion of this certificate, students are prepared to take the A+ and Network+ certification exams through the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA).
