Program Description
This certificate program prepares students for the fast-paced changes taking place in the retail and grocery industry, so they are prepared to fill the numerous and varied management opportunities available. This broad program is appropriate for retailers AND suppliers and is endorsed by the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC). All of the WAFC member grocery chairs recognize this unique Retail Management Certificate (www.wafc.com). Some classes will be offered in hybrid, online, or 7 1/2 week formats.
First Semester
Courses should be completed in the order listed below. If you are unable to complete the entire semester list, complete as many courses in this sequence as your schedule allows.
