ASE 161 Engine Repair and Rebuild
Focuses on lecture and laboratory experiences in the disassembly, diagnosis and reassembly of the automotive engine. Topics include the diagnostic and repair procedures for the engine block and head assemblies.
Prerequisite
ASE 101 and
ASE 160. These courses can be taken concurrently. Students will also need to meet minimum assessment scores to enroll in
CCR 092 and
MAT 050.

Recommended Preparation: minimum assessment scores to enroll in ENG 121 or ENG 131 and MAT 107 or higher.
