Commercial Refrigeration Certificate

Program Description

This program is designed for students wanting to complete a Certificate in Commercial Refrigeration and enter the workforce. Students explore all phases of commercial refrigeration, electrical components, controls, troubleshooting and repair. This certificate provides training in the diagnosis, service and repair of commercial icemakers, walk-in coolers and freezers, and self-contained refrigeration units. Career path options include various small and large HVACR business repair opportunities.
