Select one course from the Approved Elective List. You may also consider additional math or science courses from below or any GT courses that best fit your transfer pathway.
Math & Science Electives
ANT 1005, ANT 2315, AST 1110 or higher, BIO 1004 or higher, CHE 1005 or higher, CSC 1001 or higher, ENV 1010 or higher, GEO 1011, GEO 1012, GEO 1060, GEY 1108 or higher, MAT 1220 or higher, MET 1050, PHY 1105 or higher, SCI 1055 or higher.
Notes
If you have not completed Calculus I (MAT 2410), you are highly encouraged to take the appropriate Math courses (e.g. MAT 1340 and/or MAT 1440) as electives to be able to complete Calculus I (MAT 2410) prior to graduation.
Elective credits remaining are determined by your selection of math and science courses. Math and science courses with credits over 4 will reduce the number of elective credits needed for you to complete your AS degree. You must complete a minimum of 8 credits in math and science from the courses listed above. To better ensure transferability to a four-year college/university, you may consider taking GT-SC1, GT-SC2, and GT-MA1 courses. You must complete a minimum of 60 credits to meet completion requirements. You should not exceed 62 credits. You should check with your Advisor to monitor your completion progress.
