BCI 4020 Project Managing for Creatives
Builds on foundations of project management and problem-solving principles to achieve innovative goals. This course includes relevant, multi-faceted design projects to demonstrate mastery of design process, creative team direction, mindful self-awareness, stakeholder engagement, goal prioritization, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
