Program Description
This program is designed for students wanting to complete a one-year (two semester) Certificate in Retail Management and enter the workforce. Students explore all aspects of retail and grocery management. This certificate program prepares students for the fast-paced changes taking place in the retail and grocery industry, so they are prepared to fill the numerous and varied management opportunities available. Career opportunities in this broad program are targeted to retailers and suppliers and is endorsed by the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC).
