Select one course from the Approved Elective List. You may also consider additional math or science courses from below or any GT courses that best fit your transfer pathway.
Math & Science Electives
ANT 111, AST 101, AST 102, BIO 105 or higher, CHE 101 or higher, CSC 119 or higher, ENV 101, GEO 111, GEO 112, GEO 160, GEY 111 or higher, MAT 120 or higher, MET 150, PHY 105 or higher, SCI 105 or higher.
Note: If you have not completed Calculus I (MAT 201), you are highly encouraged to take the appropriate Math courses (e.g. MAT 121 and/or MAT 166) as electives to be able to complete Calculus I (MAT 201) prior to graduation.
Elective credits remaining are determined by your selection of math and science courses. Math and science courses with credits over 4 will reduce the number of elective credits needed for you to complete your AS degree. You must complete a minimum of 8 credits in math and science from the courses listed above. To better ensure transferability to a four-year college/university, you may consider taking GT-SC1, GT-SC2, and GT-MA1 courses. You must complete a minimum of 60 credits to meet completion requirements. You should not exceed 62 credits. You should check with your Advisor to monitor your completion progress.
