ASE 251 Automotive Transmission and Transaxle Repair
Covers diagnosis, principles of hydraulics, principles of electronic components, power flow, theory of operation, remove and re-install transmission/transaxle, and replacement of components.
Prerequisite
ASE 101 and
ASE 250. These courses can be taken concurrently. Students will also need to meet minimum assessment scores to enroll in
CCR 092 and
MAT 050.

Recommended Preparation:
ASE 120 and minimum assessment scores to enroll in
ENG 121 or
ENG 131 and
MAT 107 or higher.
