Forestry Certificate

Program Description

This program is designed for students wanting to complete a Certificate in Forestry and enter the workforce. Students explore a variety of forest and land management principles. This certificate program introduces students to the principles of forest science, dendrology, forest fire behavior, silviculture principles, and research techniques. This program prepares students for entry-level careers in forestry, land use, or park settings.
